Advanced valve test benches working at Sinopec

1. Hydraulic Valve Test Bench of Model YFS-Z600(Intelligent and automatic type)

For testing 10"-24"(DN250-600), 150-1500LB flange end valves (ordinary gate, ball, globe and check valves), maximally for 24"-300LB. Equipped with water drop leak detecting and digital countering system, and PLC compumterized system for automatic valve pressure test, recording and pressure-curve test report printing. The water/air pipeline with the test bench is equipped with German brand pneumatic-control ball valves instead of manual needle valves.

2. Hydraulic Valve Test Bench of Model YFS-D100(Intelligent and automatic type)

For testing 1/2"-4"(DN15-100), 150-2500LB flange end valves (ordinary gate, ball, globe and check valves), maximally for 4"-1500LB. Equipped with water drop leak detecting and digital countering system, and PLC compumterized system for automatic valve pressure test, recording and pressure-curve test report printing. The water/air pipeline with the test bench is equipped with German brand pneumatic-control ball valves instead of manual needle valves.

3. Hydraulic Butterfly Valve Test Bench of Model YFS-DL600/1200(Combined type)

For testing 12"-48"(DN300-1200), PN6-PN40 butterfly valves with special test accessories(semi-opened type upper and lower sealing plates), maximally for 48"-PN16. 

4. Hydraulic Safety Valve Test Bench of Model YFS-A100/300(Combined, intelligent and automatic type)

For testing 1/2"-12"(DN15-300), 150-1500LB safety valves for set pressure(popping) test and seat test with gas(air) pressure. Max. test gas pressure for 12"-400LB. PLC compumterized system for automatic valve pressure test, recording and pressure-curve test report printing. The gas(air) pipeline with the test bench is equipped with German brand pneumatic-control ball valves instead of manual needle valves.
