Hydraulic Valve Test Bench of Model YFS-ZD Series

The hydraulic valve test bench of model YFS-ZD series are usually and specially used for performing shell and seat pressure tests on flanged end angle valves (common ball, gate, globe and check valves) with size below DN300 (12”). And it also can be used for testing straight flanged end valves (common ball, gate, globe and check valves) if necessary.

The valves are also tested with face sealing plates with O rings. The machine’s right side working plate, which is similar to that of test benches of model YFS-Z series, the clamping jaw can clamp the right flange of the valve to be tested, and can be turned by 90 degrees for the valve’s seat test. And the machine’s left side is a special clamping device of movable jaw cylinder, which can be hoisted to clamp the left flange of the valve to be tested. The left side movable jaw cylinder clamp the valve’s left flange, and the right side clamping cylinders(jaw) clamp the valve’s right flange together for the valve’s shell test. The machines can be used to perform shell test with water, and seat test with water or 0.6-0.7MPa low pressure gas (air ) on flanged end valves.
