Valve Test Benches of Model PZ Series (Screw type)

1.Summary

The valve pressure testing machines of model PZ series are a new type of valve testing equipment, which are the patent products designed and developed by our company and specially used for testing valves (ball, gate, globe and check valves etc.) by means of bore (internal) sealing way. The machine is mainly composed of three parts, that is, the mechanical system, the electric system and the testing medium (water) cycling system, without the hydraulic system. And the machine is made up of main parts, such as electric motors, thrust screws, transmitting nuts, tie bars etc., without the hydraulic control system. Electric speed reducers or actuators are adopted as the motors to drive the transmitting nuts and make the thrust screw going forwards and backwards. The practicability of the machine is completing both shell test and seat test after only one time of clamping, which is convenient and quick for valve testing. What is most important, the valve to be tested can be sealed well by bore (internal) sealing way, which causes no external force on the valve to be tested. The maximum bearing force of the machines we can design and manufacture is up to 5000 Tons. And so far the largest machine of this series we have manufactured and supplied can test ball valves up to 72"(DN1800), Class600(10.0MPa). 

Besides, the machines can specially and extra equipped with PLC controls and computerized valve pressure testing date collecting, storing, searching and time-pressure curve test report printing system as per customer’s special request if necessary. And the machines can also be equipped with electric hoist (Max. Load Weight: 500KG) for loading the small size valves to be tested as per customers’ special request if necessary, especially for customers who don’t have cranes in their workshop, or the machines are used for valve testing on the project work site.
