This machine, our patent high technology product, is specially designed and manufactured to test high or ultra high pressure nuclear power station valves, Hydrogen-adding valves and other special medium valves.

This machine of this series are mainly made up of four parts, that is, the mechanical system, the hydraulic workbench rising and descending system, the electric control and computerized system and the test medium (water or gas) storing and circulating system. Besides, the machine is specially equipped with PLC controls, remote monitoring and computerized valve pressure testing data management and printing systems. And the test valve sealing way is is internal (bore) sealing with special internal (bore) sealing plates.

After the test valves are loaded and clamped well by the operator manually (with buttons), the entire valve testing process can be controlled and carried out in an independent room with the computer PLC. And the entire valve testing process and test valve leaks can be watched on the computer screen through the high-definition fixed and turning ball cameras. The valve gas or water pressure testing and releasing will be all automatic. It is secure and efficient for valve testing with high or ultra high pressure gas and water.
