The machine is screw thrust type without the hydraulic control system, and equipped with computerized system with 

PLC automatic valve pressure test,recording and the pressure-curve test report printing, which is our company's high-quality 

and advanced product.  

This machine can be used for performing both valve pressure test(shell and seat pressure tests) and valve open-close 

torque force test with valve test range 12"-40" (DN300-1000), 150-2500LB. Max. bearing(reaction) force: 1500 tons;  

Max. vlave torque to be tested: 100000N.M.

This type of machines adopt the screw thrust and bore(internal) sealing way for the valves to be tested, so it has no 

external force on the valves to be tested. 

This type of machines can be designed and manufactured as per different customers' different valve test requirements, 

such as valve size-pressure details, max. valve torque to be tested etc.
