Hydraulic Valve Test Bench of Model YFS-ZC Series

The hydraulic valve test bench of model YFS-ZCseries(submerged type) are specially used for performing shell and seat pressure tests on flanged end valves (common and straight type ball, gate, globe and check valves).

The entire machine is made up of five parts, namely, the mechanical system, the hydraulic system, the electric system, the submerge system (water tank, hydraulic and electric parts etc.) and the testing medium (water) circulating system. The clamping jaw on the left and right working plates can clamp and release on the flanged end valves to be tested, and go forwards & backwards. The right working plate can be turned by 90°for seat test, and the left side movable stand can move forwards & backwards. The workbench can be raised and lowered in water for valve testing. And all the clamping motions are controlled and completed by electric components and hydraulic oil cylinders. The valves are also tested with face sealing plates with O rings. The machines can be used to perform shell test with water, and seat test with water or 0.6-0.7MPa low pressure gas (air ) on flanged end valves. If you need to test valves with higher pressure gas (air) on the machine, the valve testing security measurements or shields shall be undertaken by the customer themselves.
