Big valve test bench successfully passed Brazilian customer’s inspection and was shipped to Brazil

Our big valve test bench has successfully passed our long-term cooperative Brazilian customer’s rigorous inspection and received great praise from them. And recently it has been packed, loaded and shipped to Brazil well.
The big valve test bench was specially designed and manufactured for testing their large size and high pressure ball valves up to 32”-Class600 and 20”-Class1500. In order to improve the efficiency of pressure testing on such big size and high pressure ball valves, the machine was specially equipped with large size water/air pipeline control valves, large flow low pressure water feeding pump and high pressure water pump(Air-driven hydraulic pump) for quicker low pressure water inlet and high pressure testing on the tested valves. As per customer’s special request, besides the standard test water/air pressure testing and releasing both left and right sides, the machine was specially made with a mid cavity pressure outlet for performing ball valves’ mid cavity water or air pressure test. That is, the machine can be used for performing valve shell test with water, seat test with water or 6-7bar low pressure air and mid cavity test with water or air.
