Three special and vertical type valve test benches are loaded and shipped to Taiwan

The three special and vertical type hydraulic valve test benches of model YFS-D80, model YFS-L300 and model YFS-L600 are specially designed and manufactured for testing the Taiwan customer’s flange and weld end valves(ball, gate, globe and check valves) with nominal size range DN15-600(1/2”-24”) and nominal pressure range PN25-PN250(Class150-Class1500).

The machines are vertical type with one thrust oil cylinder on the top and three sliding clamping cylinders(claws) on the movable bottom table for clamping the valves to be tested. The entire machine is made up of four parts, namely, the mechanical system, the hydraulic system, the electric system and the testing medium(water) circulating system. And all the clamping motions are controlled and completed by electric components and hydraulic oil cylinders. There is safety interlock under pressure for the hydraulic clamping system, that is, the top thrust cylinder and bottom clamping claws can be released only after all the test pressure inside the tested valve is released. The bottom working table of the machine can be moved forwards and backwards for loading or unloading the valves easily. The machine can be used to perform shell pressure test with water, and seat pressure test with water or 0.6-0.7MPa low pressure air on the valves to be tested.
