The high-quality intelligent type valve test bench was exported and shipped to our customer’s factory in Malaysia It is specially designed and manufactured for testing DN80-400 flange end gate, ball, globe, check valves as well as butterfly valves. The test bench is extra equipped with special lengthened clamping rods and valve-semi-opened type top & bottom sealing plates for testing butterfly valves. The test bench has computer PLC system in Chinese-English, including the functions of PLC-controlled hydraulic clamping pressure, interlock safety protecting for hydraulic clamping system, valve water pressure testing, and valve pressure test data recording and pressure-time curve test report printing.
The intelligent valve test benches that our company specially designed and manufactured for Belarusian National Oil Company have been successfully installed, debugged, and accepted at the client's factory. The test benches are equipped with computer-based PLC automatic detection and monitoring system, specifically designed for testing ultra-high pressure oilfield valves and wellhead production tree assemblies.
