1. Summary
The hydraulic valve test benches of model YFS-D series are particularly designed and used for testing both welded end and flanged end valves (common type ball, gate, globe and check valves etc.) with various nominal size and pressure.
The machines of this model series are very wide in use. They are equipped with special sealing plates and leak detectors, and can perform shell and seat pressure test on welded end valves. Besides, they can also be used to test flanged end valves, socket welded end valves, screwed end valves etc. The testing way and process of the test benches conform completely to the requirements of the following standards,GB/T13927-2008“ Pressure testing of general valves”JB/T9092-99“ Valve inspection and testing” and the International standards of API598, 6A, 6D etc.
As to test valves with large size and high or super high pressure, the machines can be particularly designed and manufactured according to customers′ special requirements. The machines of this model series we can design and manufacture can test ball valves up to 72”(DN1800), Class600(10.0MPa). And the max. water test pressure can be up to 210MPa (30450Psi).
Besides, the machines can specially and extra equipped with PLC controls and computerized valve pressure testing date collecting, storing, searching and time-pressure curve test report printing system as per customer’s special request if necessary. And the machines can also be equipped with electric hoist (Max. Load Weight: 500KG) for loading the small size valves to be tested as per customers’ special request if necessary, especially for customers who don’t have cranes in their workshop, or the machines are used for valve testing on the project work site.
