Hydraulic Valve Test Benches of Model YFS-Z100(DN15-100) and Model YFS-Z300(DN80-300):
The valve test benches of YFS-Z series are used for testing flange end valves(gate, ball, globe and check valves). The test benches can be used to perform shell test with water, and seat test with water or 0.6-0.7MPa low pressure air on flange end valves. The entire machine is made up of four parts, namely, the mechanical system, the hydraulic system, the electric system and the testing medium (water) circulating system. The clamping jaw on the left and right working plates can clamp and release on the flange end valves to be tested, and go forwards & backwards. The both left and right working tables can be turned by 90°for valve seat pressure test, and the left side movable stand can be moved forwards & backwards freely. Each test bench has the special function of interlocked clamping system under-pressure protection, that is, the clamping claws cannot be released while the valve is under water pressure test. And all the clamping motions are controlled and completed by electric parts and hydraulic oil cylinders.
