The intelligent type hydraulic valve test bench of model YFS-D600(Horizontal and big type) is specially designed and manufactured for testing the customer’s big size flange and weld end valves(ball, gate, globe and check valves) with nominal size range DN150-600(6”-24”) and nominal pressure range PN25-PN420(Class150-Class2500). The machine has the maximum clamping force(reaction force) 950 Tons.
Intelligent Type Hydraulic Valve Test Bench of Model YFS-D Series:
The entire machine is made up of five parts, namely, the mechanical system, the hydraulic system, the electric system and the testing medium (water) circulating system and computerized valve pressure test recording and pressure-time curve test report printing system.The force bearing structure of the machine is made up of thrust oil cylinder, two tie bars, four nuts for the tie bars and right & left stands. The thrust oil cylinder can do clamping and releasing on the valves to be tested. The thrust oil cylinder can go forwards and backwards, and its pressure can be adjusted. All the clamping motions are controlled with hydraulic and electric components. The machine has function of safety interlock for hydraulic clamping system, that is, the hydraulic thrust cylinder cannot be moved backed when the valve is tested under pressure. The machine can be used to perform shell pressure test with water and seat pressure test with water or 6-7 bar low pressure air on the valves to be tested.
