Super big valve test bench is packed and transported to Russia

The hydraulic valve test bench of model YFS-D1200(Super big type) is specially designed and manufactured for testing Russian customer’s big size ball valves with nominal size range DN600-1200(24”-48”) and nominal pressure range PN25-PN420(Class150-Class2500). The machine has the maximum clamping force(reaction force) as high as 1500 Tons.
Hydraulic Valve Test Bench of YFS-D Series:
The entire machine is made up of four parts, namely, the mechanical system, the hydraulic system, the electric system and the testing medium (water) circulating system.The force bearing structure of the machine is made up of thrust oil cylinder, two tie bars, four nuts for the tie bars and right & left stands. The thrust oil cylinder can do clamping and releasing on the valves to be tested. The thrust oil cylinder can go forwards and backwards, and its pressure can be adjusted. All the clamping motions are controlled with hydraulic and electric components. The machine has electric interlock function for clamping system security protection when the valve is under test water pressure, that is, the thrust oil cylinder can be drawn back only after all the water pressure inside the tested valve is discharged. The machine can be used to perform shell test with water pressure and seat test with water pressure or 6-7 bar low pressure air on the valves to be tested.
