High-quality test benches for testing super high pressure wellhead were exported to Europe

       Three sets of high-quality upmarket test benches for testing super high oil wellhead valves were specially designed, manufactured, inspected, packed, loaded and transported to the National Oil Company of Belarus. The test benches are specially designed and used for testing DN50-500 super high oil wellhead valves and equipments with water pressure up to 160MPa and gas(air or nitrogen) pressure up to 10MPa. Each set of test bench is specially equipped with air-driven ball valves for test bench’s water/air pipeline, computer PLC system and monitoring system, that is, each test bench is mainly made up of six parts, that is, mechanical system, hydraulic system, electric system, water and air supplying and circulating system, computer valve test report printing system and monitoring system. Considering the security and convenience for super high water and air pressure testing, the workbench and the control part of each test bench are isolated for pressure testing, that is, the workbenches are placed in the valve pressure testing area that is specially surrounded with walls, and the workbenches and the hydraulic control stations are placed in inside the room. And the computer and monitor cabinets are placed outside the room. After the tested valves and equipments are loaded and clamped onto the workbenches inside the room, the operators can carry out the whole process of valve pressure testing just with the panel computers outside the room automatically, that is, the open-close operations of air-driven pipeline valves, the low pressure water pressure filling, the test water pressurizing, the test pressure holding, the test water/air pressure releasing and valve test report with test pressure curve printing. And whole valve pressure test process can be watched and recorded with the monitor system outside the pressure testing room. The valve pressure testing on the test benches is safe, easy and effective.
