The three special and vertical type hydraulic valve test benches of model YFS-D80, model YFS-L300 and model YFS-L600 are specially designed and manufactured for testing the Taiwan customer’s flange and weld end valves(ball, gate, globe and check valves) with nominal size range DN15-600(1/2”-24”) and nominal pressure range PN25-PN250(Class150-Class1500).

The hydraulic test benches of YFS-Z series are used for testing flange end valves(gate, ball, globe and check valves).

The intelligent type hydraulic valve test bench of model YFS-D600(Horizontal and big type) is specially designed and manufactured for testing the customer’s big size flange and weld end valves(ball, gate, globe and check valves) with nominal size range DN150-600(6”-24”) and nominal pressure range PN25-PN420(Class150-Class2500). The machine has the maximum clamping force(reaction force) 950 Tons.

The hydraulic valve test bench of model YFS-D300 is specially designed and manufactured for testing Russian customer’s big size ball valves with nominal size range DN50-300(2”-12”) and nominal pressure range PN25-PN250(Class150-Class1500). The machine has the maximum clamping force(reaction force) 150 Tons.

The hydraulic valve test bench of model YFS-D1200(Super big type) is specially designed and manufactured for testing Russian customer’s big size ball valves with nominal size range DN600-1200(24”-48”) and nominal pressure range PN25-PN420(Class150-Class2500). The machine has the maximum clamping force(reaction force) as high as 1500 Tons.

Hydraulic Valve Test Bench of Model YFS-D750(Horizontal and large type):
The test bench is specially designed and manufactured for Taiwan customer for testing both flange and weld end high pressure valves(ball, gate, globe and check valves) with valve size range DN200-750(8”-30”) and nominal pressure range Class150-2500(PN25-PN420).
